By using the services of Quick Key Locksmith Inc ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Estimates & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are estimated ranges representing minimum and maximum expected costs. The final cost of service may vary based on the specific hardware, vehicle make/model, time of day, and difficulty of the job. A final price will be quoted to you on-site before any work begins.

2. Proof of Ownership

For lockouts and key generation services, you must provide valid identification and proof of ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle before services are rendered. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the requested service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payments.

4. Liability Limitations

While we use professional techniques to open locks without damage, certain high-security locks or malfunctioning hardware may require destructive entry (drilling). You will be informed of this necessity beforehand. Quick Key Locksmith Inc is not liable for necessary damage caused during destructive entry if authorized by you.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
